At ASHTON T. MCCORVEY CLOTHING, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward, hassle-free return process. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation. Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn and unwashed — no signs of use, odors, stains, or alterations
  • All original tags are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging if applicable
  • Return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item is not marked as final sale (final sale items are clearly noted on the product page)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale items (marked as such on product page)
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and mailing instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and retaining your shipping receipt until your refund is confirmed. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, ASHTON T. MCCORVEY CLOTHING will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our eligibility requirements, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email when the refund has been issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after processing
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To exchange an item for a different size or color, email [email protected] with your order number and the details of the exchange you would like. If the requested item is in stock, we will hold it during the exchange process. Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. We are committed to making this right quickly and without any burden to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, your order may have entered our fulfillment process. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process upon receiving it.

Late Returns

If you contact us after the 30-day return window, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Late returns may be approved as store credit at our discretion. We are committed to being fair and reasonable — if you have an unusual circumstance, please reach out and explain your situation.
